• Anuj Gupta (Founder of SAAM) – Mr. Gupta was chairman of Core BPO Limited, a company established by Mr. Gupta focusing on business process outsourcing opportunities in the real estate sector in the U.K. market. From 2002 to 2003, he was president of Core IT&T Ltd, a U.K. joint venture set up by Mr. Gupta with IT&T Limited (an Indian publicly listed service provider based in Delhi). In 1996, Mr. Gupta founded Velocient Technologies Ltd, an IT services company, which he sold in 2003. In 1990, he founded Bedwyn Group, a trading and financing company with offices in Moscow, Kiev, Zurich, London and Delhi and remains its majority shareholder. Mr. Gupta is a director of the Westminster Chapter of the Young Presidents' Organisation, and a member of the Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industries, the Associated Chamber of Commerce & Industries and the National Association of Software & Service Companies. He is also a chartered member of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs) London Chapter.
  
  
• David Walker (Chief Financial Officer) – Mr. Walker has over 20 years of international finance and business development experience, predominantly in emerging markets. He has recently advised a portfolio of companies on finance and strategy, including Core BPO Limited. From 1992 to 2004, Mr. Walker worked for Inchcape Plc, and from 1996 to 2001, was based in Chile as Latin American regional finance director during which time he managed a portfolio of six businesses in five countries. Whilst in Latin America, Mr. Walker was responsible for the acquisition and disposal of a number of businesses as the company restructured its regional portfolio. From 1989 to 1992, Mr. Walker worked for Tozer Kemsley and Millbourn (Holdings) plc in financial control and assurance positions. Between 1986 and 1989, Mr. Walker worked with Touche Ross (now Deloitte) in London as an audit manager. Mr. Walker is a U.K. and South African qualified chartered accountant, and holds a bachelor of accountancy degree from Wits University.
