• Russell Platt – Forum Partners – Mr. Platt is Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Forum Partners. Mr. Platt has had a 23-year career in real estate finance and investment in Europe and North America. He served as Managing Director of Morgan Stanley & Co., where from 1982-1999, he was involved in all aspects of its real estate business. He founded and managed the global real estate department of Morgan Stanley Asset Management, which managed private real estate and listed real estate securities worldwide on behalf of institutional and individual investors. Prior to that, he served as director of the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds and, for 12 years, as a member of Morgan Stanley's real estate investment banking team. Immediately prior to founding Forum Partners, he served as managing director of Security Capital Group Inc. where he was responsible for the firm's private equity and international investment businesses, and, before that as President of JER Partners - International. He earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Williams College, magna cum laude, and a master’s degree in business administration from Harvard Business School. He is a member of various real estate industry associations, as well as Young Presidents' Organisation.
  
  
• Henry Gabay – Duet Group – Mr. Gabay has been Chief Executive Officer of Duet Asset Management Limited since 2002. Mr. Gabay was previously Chief Executive Officer of Ephesus Capital Partners from 2000 to 2002 and a Director with Credit Suisse First Boston from 1997 to 2000 in London and New York. At Credit Suisse First Boston, he was Head of Investment Banking in Israel and Turkey and Head of Emerging Markets for Equity Sales. Between 1992 and 1997, Mr. Gabay worked for Merrill Lynch in London and Geneva within the Equities Division. Mr. Gabay graduated from the University of Geneva in 1991 with a degree in Finance & Economics. Mr. Gabay is a board member of Whiteground Limited and Filmnight Group Ltd.
  
  
• Steve Pope – Topland – Mr. Pope is the Group Asset Manager and Director of Retail Property for the Topland Group. He was previously a senior Fund Manager for Legal & General Property and asset manager with Capital & Regional. He holds a BSc Hons in Urban Estate Surveying and is a qualified Chartered Surveyor. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and the Investment Property Forum.
  
  
• Ahmad Al-Hamad – Kuwait China Investment Company ("KCIC") – Mr. Al-Hamad is a General Manager of KCIC and board member of the Horus Prime Agi Fund and the Kuwait Public Privatization Holding Company. He previously worked with Morgan Stanley in New York and London where he ran the private equity division of an asset management business with assets of USD 1.4 bn. He holds a bachelors degree from Princeton University.
  
  
• Peter Vorbrich – Carval Investors – Mr. Vorbrich is a Senior Partner with CarVal Investors. He is responsible for investments in real estate and portfolios of credit-intensive, sub-performing and non-performing assets in Japan, as well as real estate activities in China and India. Mr. Vorbrich joined Cargill's Law Department in 1994 where his practice supported Cargill Value Investment. Prior to joining Cargill, Mr. Vorbrich practiced law in Minneapolis with the Banking/Commercial Group of Faegre & Benson. Mr.Vorbrich received his MBA with a concentration in finance from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and his JD from the University of Michigan Law School.
